We invite researchers to submit their abstracts from December 9, 2024 to 1 March 2025. We invite submissions from projects at all research stages, from conceptualization over preliminary data analyses to completed projects. Abstracts should not be longer than 450 words. Templates for abstracts will be made available on the ISEP 2025 homepage shortly before the start of the submission period.

We strive to allocate a 15-min presentation (including discussion) slot for each abstract. In case the number of submissions exceeds the capacity for oral presentations, some submissions might be assigned to a poster presentation instead. Please indicate during your abstract submission whether you would prefer to present a poster. Also indicate your preference in which session your contribution should be categorised.
