Hotel Neptun booking (Conference Venue)
32 single rooms, floors 5 to 9 as a discount contingent (1st night € 138, 2nd to 4th night € 172 each).
Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Earlier access is subject to availability.
A limited number of rooms from the contingent can be booked as double rooms. The surcharge per double room is € 80 for the first night and € 75 for the second to fourth nights.
ISEP 2025 attendees book from this contingent using the keyword EAAP-ISEP25 until April 30, 2025 preferably by email info@hotel-neptun.de (Phone +49 381 777- 7777).
From May 1, 2025, bookings are still possible based on availability at the current daily rate.
All rooms have a sea view and are equipped with TV/shower/toilet/balcony. Room rates include VAT and our NEPTUN breakfast buffet, as well as use of the NEPTUN SPA with seawater swimming pool, sauna area, supervised training on Life Fitness equipment, exercise and relaxation courses, bathrobe and towel service. The prices quoted are valid for comfort rooms. Special prices apply for exclusive rooms. Our hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking lounges are available for smokers.
Cancellation Policy Hotel Neptun
Cancellation deadlines for the discount contingent:
- up to 8 weeks before arrival free of charge,
- up to 4 weeks before arrival,
- up to 14 days before arrival,
- up to 7 days before arrival, later 10%, 25%, 50%, 80% of the agreed price.
If the rooms provided are not used and if no written cancellation has been received in accordance with the above-mentioned cancellation deadlines, the agreed room prices shall be payable by the customer
GuestCard (GästeCard)
In Rostock, business travellers are not obliged to pay a visitor’s tax. However, they can do so voluntarily in order to take advantage of the city’s many GästeCard benefits. The card can be purchased on a daily basis or for the entire stay directly at the hotel or at the city’s tourist information centres. The quickest way is for business travellers to simply specify the desired day/several days in advance when booking online or directly on arrival at the hotel. The card will then be issued to them at the hotel.
