2 December 2024 – Templates for abstracts will be available on the ISEP 2025 homepage.
9 December 2024 – 1 March 2025 – Abstract submission period.
1 April 2025 – 30 June 2025 – Early bird registration period – All abstract presenters must register for the symposium. Take advantage of the early bird fee.
1 July 2025 – 18 September 2025 – Registration with regular fee.
Mid-July 2025 – Opening of the upload platform for oral presentations. A notification will be sent to each presenter.
