3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten (Art. 13 Abs. 1 lit. c DS-GVO)
Wir erheben bei der Registrierung für ISEP 2025 folgende Daten: Name, Institution, E-Mail-Adresse, Postadresse, Einreichung von Abstracts [siehe https://isep2025-fbn.de/registration/]. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Erfüllung eines Vertrags).
Sponsoren stellen wir folgende personenbezogenen Daten zur Verfügung: Name, Institution, E-Mail. Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung).
4. Empfänger:in oder Kategorien von Empfangenden (Art. 13 Abs. 1 lit. e DS-GVO)
Empfangende der Daten ist das Organisationsteam von ISEP 2025.
Bei erteilter Einwilligung werden den Sponsoren (https://isep2025-fbn.de/sponsoring/) mein Name, meine Institution und meine E-Mail-Adresse übermittelt.
5. Übermittlung an Drittland (Art. 13 Abs. 1 lit. f DS-GVO)
Eine Übermittlung der Daten an ein Drittland findet nicht statt.
6. Dauer der Speicherung (Art. 13 Abs. 2 lit. a DS-GVO)
Die Speicherdauer der Daten richtet sich nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Es gelten unterschiedliche Löschfristen. Die Daten werden nach Abschluss und vollständigen Abrechnung der Veranstaltung gelöscht.
7. Betroffenenrechte (Art. 13 Abs. 2 lit. c bis d DS-GVO)
Jede von einer Datenverarbeitung betroffene Person hat nach der Datenschutzgrundverordnung insbesondere folgende Rechte:

• Recht auf Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO)

3. Purposes and legal basis of the processing of personal data (Art. 13 para. 1 lit. c DS-GVO)
When registering for ISEP 2025, we collect the following data: name, institution, email address, postal address, abstract submission [see https://isep2025-fbn.de/registration]. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (fulfilment of a contract).
We provide sponsors with the following personal data: name, institution, email address. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).
4. Recipients or categories of recipients (Art. 13 para. 1 lit. e GDPR)
The recipient of the data is the ISEP 2025 organisation team.
If consent has been given your name, institution, and email address will be passed on to the sponsors (https://isep2025-fbn.de/sponsoring).
5. Transfer to third country (Art. 13 para. 1 lit. f GDPR)
The data will not be passed on to a third country.
6. Duration of storage (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. a GDPR)
The storage period (publication) is based on legal requirements. Different deletion periods apply. The data will be deleted after completion and full settlement of the event.
7. Data subject rights (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. c to d GDPR)
Any person affected by data processing has the following rights in particular under the General Data Protection Regulation:
• Right of access by the data subject (Art. 15 GDPR)
