At least one author must register for each abstract contribution. Abstract presenters must register by 13 June 2025.

ISEP 2025 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat (isep2025@fbn-dummerstorf.de). If a cancellation is received before or on 1 July 2025, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations after 1 July 2025 no fees will be refunded. If for force majeure reasons the symposium is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the symposium.
